The package was refused and sent back to Ulta on 09/23. After it was refused I could no longer track the package.

After two weeks of not hearing from Ulta I finally reached out to UPS to find out what the status of my package was. UPS could not track my package any more because Ulta chose UPS basic. After UPS got back to me in a matter of three hours I reached out to Ulta to find out where my package was. Five days later I finally received a response that they had received my package and I should see a refund within 30 days.

Ever since this incident I have not stepped foot in an Ulta. This is a poor way to treat your customers.

So my package was shipped today to the wrong address. The customer service rep informed on Sunday that the shipping address should be changed and it wouldn\'t be sent to the wrong address.

However, today when I checked the address on the UPS website it was indeed going to the wrong address. So now I am going to have to wait for the package to be sent to that address and hope that it gets returned for my refund. Thanks a lot Ulta. You have officially lost my business.

I had placed an order earlier today, 08/19, and I had made sure everything was correct before pressing submit, but some how my shipping information was changed. Within 2 hours of placing the order I called Ulta's customer service and requested the address be changed. The woman told me that Ulta does not allow any changes to orders after they have been placed. She told me that I would have to wait for the order to ship to the wrong address and hope that it gets returned to get my full refund. I then asked her if I could just cancel the order. She said that is also not possible. In order to process orders faster Ulta does not allow cancellations. That is a horrible policy. I was pretty annoyed at this point because I didn't want my order sent to the wrong address. What if it didn't get sent back? I wouldn't get my money back?

After I got off the phone with her I contacted my bank and put a stop payment on the transaction. Being the nice person I am, I called Ulta back to inform them that I made a stop payment and they weren't getting any of my money. Low and behold the new woman on the phone informs me that I can indeed change my address since it has been less than 24 hours since the order was placed. Interesting, it took me threatening to put a stop payment to get my address changed. This is terrible customer service.

Ulta should really consider changing their policy for order changes or cancellations. The first woman explained to me that the reason they don't allow changes is for fraud reasons and they don't allow cancellations because they want to process orders faster. Whatever they want to use as their reasoning is fine, but any where else allows you to at least cancel an order within 24 hours. On Amazon you can change the shipping address and cancel the order within 24 hours. Even Sephora, a main competitor of Ulta, allows some time to cancel an order or modify it.

Congratulations Ulta you have lost a customer. I can easily take my business to Sephora and Amazon.

I placed an order yesterday. There is no where on the website to cancel it.

I tried calling and cust service was closed. I called today and was told there is no way to cancel this order. I was told the shipment will arrive AFTER we leave to go,out of town. Called paypal and they can not do anything either.

I will NEVER purchase anything from ULTA again.

This company is a joke. It needs to be more consumer friendly.
