Prior to my most recent morbid interaction at Ulta, i had enjoyed my time mosying throught the store and making (if i do say so myself) rather large and expensive purchases. Buyer beware of undisclosed Ulta "Policies." I placed an online order with Ulta on 12/28, using a $100 gift card and $7 additional from Paypal. When over a week went by without a delivery, I tracked it and it stated it was delivered on 1/4/17 to Indiana...I live in Virginia. I ordered some things online on 12/28/16 the order said I couldn't send it to my PO Box it had to be sent to my home address. Since I don't have A MAILBOX where I live you would think that UPS would deliver it to my door! NO THATS NOT what's happened it was delivered to the PO in my small town since I don't have a MAILBOX out here it was sent back the same minute it hit the local PO! Now I have to wait 2-3 weeks to get credit on my credit card!... Read more

The employees are very rude. They actually talk trash about the customers while we are in the store! :( Sad! My mother and I were shopping there and one girl working there made a cruel remark about her appearance. I was shocked and outraged! When I looked for an employee to tell me where the bathroom was, it took way too long for them to stop talking amongst themselves to help me. I AM PISSED. This is ugly and hateful "service". I went into Ulta one day looking for some new skin care considering I had an acne breakout and needed new products anyway. Mind you, I have been to this Ulta so many times since it first opened. Order was "lost" only got box 2/2 with one tiny makeup item, such a waste. Reorder was "expedited" a wk prior to Xmas, came nearly a wk aft. Had to fight last min shoppers and empty shelves for my daughter's Christmas gifts. I wk at 930, ulta opens at 10, I have to pay to send it bk according to Robin @ Ulta cust svc. I'm shopping at sephora from now on.

The head manager Shiela is very rude and immature. Poor quality human being who needs to brush up on her make up learning skills. This is in ULTA fairless hills PA

Check your receipts. I was ripped off aggregiously and the kid at the register tried to double talk me into thinking I hadn't been. I used a 20% off coupon and was still charged for two free items. The receipts are made to confuse and now I wonder how many times I've been robbed. The manager couldn't even figure out why I had been charged.
