All I wanted to do was an even exchange at Durham, NC store and ended up returning all the items. I got so pissed at your return system which is so out dated. I cant believe people work for a company like yours. I used coupons and my points to purchased several items. Colors did not fit right so I wanted to exchange to an another color. I had extremly long hair. I went in to get a half inch trimmed. The stylist may have been on drugs because she chopped into the right side of my hair above chin level. I asked the manager for a refund. This was denied stating that ULTA does not give refunds for bad hair cuts (butcher jobs). Bought watered down Chanel No 5 at Ulta. Scent lasts about 3 minutes.

Was offered a year subscription year free 4 magazines . I was then charged $2 per magazine. Then on february 6th i received the DECEMBER ISSUE OF REDBOOK..THIS IS WRONG

The stylist dyed my hair and it turned out a very ashy blonde with a purple tent due to leaving toner on too long. She put on 3 colors. You cant tell more than 1 color was even used on my head. I came in at 1pm and left at 3:45pm. My grand total was $140.The longest, and most expensive salon experience of my life. I dont understand why they even have a salon there if no one can get the quality service they deserve. Read more

If you plan to have haircolor done at Ulta at The Loop in Orlando, Florida, don't do it! I had my hair colored by Anna Avila, who claimed to be an expert. Came out bright orange and received absolutely no satisfaction from management and was given a run around for two months. I am still paying $ 300 to have my hair ruined by her! Do not book an appointment with this person!

I just placed an order that included 6 (3 sets) of BOGO items. When I received the order I noticed the most important item did not get the BOGO pricing. Ulta sent the wrong item from an on line purchase and I called to place the correct item and to request a free return ship label. The cust svc rep informed me she was unable to place my order over the phone that orders could only be placed on line. I was already annoyed by the inexcusably long hold time of 12 mins! Third time since October that I have ordered online from Ulta and I NEVER got the package. They ship it SmartPost which means that UPS hands it over to the local post office and from there they are not responsible for it. I think the postal worker has 3 of my Ulta packages and is enjoying the contents. I ordered a product online. Tracked the package and it said the package was undeliverable and to contact Ulta. Contacted Ulta via email. Ulta says if not resolved re-open email and contact us again. I have emailed and called customer service a multitude of times, only to receive the same song and dance about waiting for the package to return to the warehouse.
