Ulta - 12 minute hold time and useless customer service...

Ulta sent the wrong item from an on line purchase and I called to place the correct item and to request a free return ship label. The cust svc rep informed me she was unable to place my order over the phone that orders could only be placed on line.
I was already annoyed by the inexcusably long hold time of 12 mins! There was no way I'd get a free return label on line. Will never order from them or go into a store. Amazon placed my order and shipped for free.
Amazon Rocks!!!
