Store credit

Hi, I was gifted a Dyson air wrap by my daughter for Christmas. We went to local Ulta store in Pinecrest, FL. They took the return but would only give me store credit because we were passed the 60 days. I want to use the store credit on a Dyson blower, but they informed that they dont have any in stock, have not received any in a long time, and wont put me on a waiting list and asked to just keep calling every week and cant hold it if it does come in and they go fast. I cant use credit at any other store or Ulta.com. Doesnt seem fair. Hoping they help me out.

Just wanted to do an exchange had $11.72 discount but would not honor it because they had to order online. They were out of it in store.

Tried to get help many times from customer service for one issue

I gave my daughter a gift card that was bought yesterday. The cashier used a pair of scissors to get the number and pin. It scraped the pin number completely off. The cashier called customer service and the agent deleted the amount of money from the card to send my daughter a digital replacement card. She never received the digital email card. We both called customer service again. After the new agent, Kim, took all the information, she told us the other agent deleted the first card and would get in touch with us. She never did and we have no card and our money is gone.

User's recommendation: Do not use any kind of money that will involve Ulta employees being responsible for it. They will not be and you will lose it.

Wrongfully charged

I attempted to make a purchase on the early launch of your Black Friday sale. I ordered a fragrance and a moisturizer, my bank shows you charged me but the Ulta app shows you did not process my order. The charge shows Ulta Beauty. I need this resolved ASAP seeing as it is the holiday season and times are tight for everyone! I called customer service and was not helped at all. Im livid and disappointed.

I had to wait in line online, and it didn't make sense. I had to wait quite a while, and then it booted me off and wouldn't let me back on. It was hard to add products to my cart. The customer service associate was nice.

Terrible Customer Service

This is my second time dealing with Ulta customer service and they are terrible. They will mot address your concern and take care of anything immediately. They put you through the wringer, take all of your time and and help you in an effort to make you give up. For such a huge company, they have bad customer service and do not stand by their customers.
