Dear GabrielleThank you for your phone call about the receipt look up. I do apologize ,but I looked everywhere I could for the receipt ,but I was unable to find it . If there is anyway to come up with a exact date that it was purchased ,then I would have better luck finding the receipt .However, without that date there was over fifty pages of receipts and I was just not able to find anything. Again , I do apologize ,if you find any more information about this transaction feel free to email back .

Today at 7:36 PM Hello Whitney,

I received your e-mail, and of course I am not going to stop here. I've worked in customer relations and retail on and off for 15years! As a former loyal customer of "Ulta" I would have thought their relations Dept. would have done better than this. You see Whitney...with every consumer comes a different set of circumstances, in this case "Miracle" by Lancรดme was purchased at one of "Ulta's" many retail stores by a woman who is sick with Alzheimer's, and some-day's forgets that I'm even her Daughter! This year she remembered my birthday and bought this perfume hoping I'd like it, and remembered I shopped at "Ulta"! Those two things in her world were an all day process if you knew anything about Alzheimer's. Unfortunately I don't care for the aroma of this popular fragrance. All I would have liked when she asked me if I was wearing the perfume she bought me and if I liked it??? was to respond with "I love it Mom" without a lie. My next Birthday, my mom won't know my name much less remember my birthday, or maybe that she even had a daughter at all, that is why I will now go above your head to cooperate and so on. I know you think you were doing your job... but the retail world I come from the customer walks away with a satisfied smile and in this case would have walked away from where I've worked with an exchange and some encouraging words to help with a memory she will have of her last birthday with her Mom!

That's Satisfaction Guaranteed! (and maybe a pinch above to give a bit of hope and that's free!) So Whitney nothing personal... I just won't let my last memory of my Mom getting me a gift end this way. Wished you could have helped! Maybe this will help you for next time you may come across a odd situation with a different set of "circumstances" and see them as real people and not an "Incident". Im very sorry about your mom, but it is really unfair of you to put all that on some customer relations person. She tried looking up your receipt and couldn't find it due to multiple pages of transactions.

She reached out to you to try and get some dates for her to look up to make it easier for her to assist you and you respond like that? That isn't her problem and you are an *** for putting that on her. Next time just be thankful and stop being so concerned about material possessions. You'll probably feel like a *** for returning that last thing your mom got you anyway.

Hang on to it and treasure it. People like you pi$$ me off
