I just discover they haves his issue for a quite long time which means they never bother to FIX IT... SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT.

I tried to place an order on-line many times between 2 days. I was getting the same information- "We have problem with placing your order.Please get back later or use another payment". I end up using 5 cards.

I gave a call yesterday to address the issue. Problem was not solved. I lost the chance to get the free gift because of the on-line issue( the free gif deal was only for 4 hours) I got back to their web side today and after several times I gave up. I tried different cards, 2 different delivery addresses...

Well ULTA did not give up on placing payments on all of my cards and I guess also my boyfriend.

WE ARE TALKING ABOUT $1000 PENDING CHARGES. THAT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND WRONG.

I called 40 min ago and wanted to speak with manager- none of them was available. I wonder how many wrong things ULTA do that THEY ARE SO busy.

I was informed I need to contact banks- that means 3 calls and 1 hour of my time.

I was informed that one of manager will call between 24-48h. Really? How many unhappy clients they have to assist.

Same exact thing happened to me... card supposedly did not work, so kept trying over the course of two days with the same result that it just would not go through.

Contacted my credit card company to find out why, and they said it did go through, and was up to ULTA when it would change from "pending" status to "approved" status... Called ULTA back to make sure they cancel out these transactions in order for my card company to reinstate these funds as available instead of held up as pending. Nothing happened. Called several more times, both to ULTA & my card company, and was told by my card company that all they have to do at ULTA is contact the card authorization department to reverse the transaction authorization.

For the past few days, I have wasted many hours trying to contact anyone at ULTA who is willing to do this, since the card company is not permitted to call them. They absolutely refused to do this, so I called ULTA corporate offices and have been going back and forth playing phone tag in the hopes that I may find someone there who has the ability to call my card company's authorization department. This has been going on for 5 days now, and nothing has been accomplished. I can honestly say that the customer service department at ULTA is by far one of the worst I have ever dealt with!

This has turned me off to the point that I have already promised myself never to shop there again... from now on Sephora will be my go to beauty store!
