This was my first time had organic treatment. I was nervous if my hair would go damage or doesnt show improvement with softness and shine. It will be waste of money and yes sure it is. I was charged $305 (organic treatment, hair trimming and I tipped too). My hair stylist was Dymon. My hair is no soft or strengthened or shiny. I still feel roughness. On the same day when my treatment was almost over ... I said Dymon more than thrice I still feel my hair rough and dull and he said that because its your damaged hair but lol thats why I am doing keratin treatment. He said he gonna wash it after doing straightening and then he cut my hair and did curls I dont know why. I still didnt liked it. I am happy with his patience he was half an hour more with me after closing but my hair cut was done from back and not from front as I told i wanted front hair little but maybe he wanted to hurry up. However he was half an hour more with me and so the 2 star is just for his service and nothing else for the treatment. He said your hair will be just good to go till 9 months and its not even three days My hair is bad. I had treatment on staurday. I wasnt happy cause as I said to dymon i feel my hair is rough there was no softness.. it was so much of iron on my hair ... first straightener and then curler. My hair was stiff. Then stetting spray. Today i.e tuesday I washed my hair and I am seriously crying alot. My hair is rough and doesnt feel like I had did any treatment of $300.. atleast its keratin I should expect some good result atleast softness and shiny and more better. I want refund ;( First photo is my hair before keratin, second photo is after treatment and 3rd photo is after washed almost 3 days after. I combed 10 times and took photo. ( I was my hair as directed using the kertain complex shampoo) additional waste of money to buy them. I am highly disappointed and I wont ever ever come to ulta for treatment or haricut. Ulta is my favorite shopping and m regular customer but yes no more. I wont ever recommend to my cousin. I want my refund and I am gonna share every where its just total waste of money.

Lost package

It's says that my package was delivered and I walked my neighborhood and it's no where to be found. I was told to wait 3 days before anything can be done. Hopefully nobody stole it at my expense.

Why are you getting mad at a store when another person ( I am assuming a customer started barking?) All you needed to do was ask the lady waiting on you why you were she did not give you the free gift. I would question why the lady waiting on you listened to a customer.

If there is a sign that states that a gift should be given then, you need to get the gift. If not too much time has passed by I would either write a letter to the manager and make the request for the gift or call and ask to speak to the manager. Tell them that you go there on a regular basis and you enjoying earning gifts. Do not let some dweeb step on your toes.

People like that do not deserve the time of day.

( Even if she did work there- anyone who interrupts your transaction with the sales lady is out of place.They do not have manners. What comes around goes around.) Call the manager, get that taken care of and then, move on.

Locked from ordering online!

Ulta has blocked me from ordering online. After numerous calls and emails to customer service, the only thing they can tell me is that I have too many online accounts (I have 1) and that my orders are not consistent with personal use. I have no idea what they are talking about but have gotten no where. I am told that my account is locked for LIFE!!! I am welcome to shop in the store but not online. Makes no sense!!!

My package has been in Chandler Az for 2 days June 14th. Today is the 17th and still no package. Received a phone call from on Trac delivery service asking for the business name where the package was to be delivered. When speaking to Ulta customer service they confirmed that the business was on the package. So why have I not received the package??? Ulta needs to use a different more reliable company.aska

US Mail is not reliable nor are they quicker. Be patient. Delivery services either cost an arm and a leg or they are slower than dirt.

Late fee

The bank that ultra issues out has been the big problem was one day late paying a $389.00 bill I paid all at the time and never received a bill I have paid out over $100 in late fees and made my last call and told them this is the last I have spent more than my discount came to by taking card out I have did any way with bank card and never use again I am through with them.

Lost package

I ordered a new flat iron in early May. For some reason, my order was delivered to an old address even though I had changed my address and have received multiple orders at my current address. After the package did not arrive on the day it showed to be delivered, I contacted Ulta with no results. When I checked my account, I noticed that my address had reverted back to my previous address, so I changed it once again. Now, I have no flat iron and owe almost $100 on my Ulta card for a product I do not have. I have also contacted the person who now lives in my old house.

User's recommendation: Don’t expect a delivery issue to be fixed.

I just had this same problem. I have been dealing with them since April and they are unwilling to help.

This was my first big order with Ulta since I always ordered from Sephora I thought I would give them a try and they are so not helpful.

Customer service can't do anything about it because it went to another address except send me an e gift card. I dont want to shop here ever again, why would I want a gift card?

Horrible customer service

They never helped made me wait 2 weeks for nothing basically told me there’s nothing they can do the most horrible nasty customer service I ever experienced in my life Sephora is way better they actually deliver what they say they’ll deliver

Diamond gift

Had to call the 800 number in order to get my diamond reward because the store said it should have been sent to me and I did not receive it was on the phone for quite a while she called the store to verify that I was there wanted to use it on my hair appointment and was told that it could only be used for merchandice just tried to use the code they sent me for merchandise online and was told it only can be used for hair. Been a customer for 12 years every 6 weeks. Not going back

Unknown charge

I purchased a perfume online for $150 but have two charges. One for 150 and one for 134. Your system says I only have one order so why was I charged $134? then I was told to go to my bank instead of you refunding the money.
