They use a sketchy delivery service. The shipment was marked delivered, was home al day keeping tabs on it but nothing was delivered to me.
Either the delivery person stole the items or dropped them at a wrong address. Something tells me they took the items. Customer service is atrocious as they make you wait 2 business days to investigate the missing package. They also stated that sometimes it will be marked delivered even if its not.
WTF???
They use OnTrac as they utilize their own network of independent contractor drivers. Super sketchy people working for them.

I am starting to feel like this is not very important to you. I haven't heard anything since our last phone conversation.
The "happy returns has expired and since your store lost my product, i now have no recourse for my refund. This dumps the issue in your lap. I have wasted nearly a month on this issue. I want a resolution please.

Lied from April 9 until April 20 about my order, your address is incomplete, I know that's a LIE item been delivered to my home before.

I purchased a gift card and loaded $100 on it at one of the Ulta Beauty locations in Orange County, CA, but I was trying to buy something online, and my balance was only $1.10, which isn't right because I purchased this and never used it since I misplaced it by leaving it in my Ulta bag that I had during my visit at the time of purchase. I happened to be doing some spring cleaning and found it wrapped up in the receipt that has the purchase time, date, receipt number, etc.
After I found it, I attempted to make a purchase with it online when I figured out that my entire balance was wiped out. How do I file a claim and receive a refund for my purchase?

Last evening, my daughter arrived in Wilkes Barre Pa. for a two day holiday visit in her home town of Dallas PA.
Olivia, my daughter is a critical care nurse at the University of Pennsylvania. Olivia works tirelessly as a nurse and had been looking forward to her visit home for the past year. On her way home, she stopped at Michaels in Wilkes Barre to pick up some wrapping paper to begin her holiday fesitvities. She also decidied to stop at Ulta and pick up some treats for herself.
When she completed her purchases and went out to her car, she reach ed into her bag to apply some lip gloss and noticed it missing. She immeditely returned to the store and was unable to locate the sales associate who took care of her. She approached another assoicate, explained what happened. The Associate explained she needed to contact the manager,.
Long story short, they needed to contact another manager. This manager approached my daugher and stated that they exammined the security cameras and my daugher clearly recieved the item and she must have stole it. Extremely upset, yet more embarrassed as she was surrounded by customers, my daughter explained that it absolutely was not in the bag and she most certainly did not steal it. Again the manager stated she did.
My daughter left mortified. She cane home, told me what happened an turned in to her room. After an entire year, I finally get to see my daughter for two days. Why, because she is working double and triple shifts in a Cardiac ICU trying to accommodate short staffed patients, You have not only destroyed her trip home, but you have caused her extreme embarrassment.
I am demanding to see the video in which you accuse her of theft, an explanation on why if she was stealing she was not arrested and some type of compensation for the pain you caused her. This associate should be fired immediately. Completely unacceptable. I will be waiting for a response.

The company was contacted about 30 times with the same nice responses. Finally, last week, after 5 plus days, I was contacted with a helpful solution.
However I have not heard anything since and it’s been another week. We shall see how this plays out
Someone stole my diamond points TWICE in DECEMBER. The first time the company was practice and reimbursed me my points.
The second time I cant reach anyone except nice customer service emails that state th issue is with the internal department. NOTHING for 46 days. THIS IS NOT how to treat a customer. Their system is compromised and the customer suffers.
So much for their new CEO. I will be telling EVERYONE to stay away from Ulta

They refuse to look into the issue and resolve it.
ULTA Scam. Warning- Don't order online.
I ordered over $110 in product from Ulta with a total of 6 products.
A padded envelope arrived with one of the six products. When I contacted the company through email and by phone, they refused to make the situation right saying they could see that a package had been delivered.
I contacted the BBB to file a complaint and realized they have a ONE STAR rating with them as well. Even with the BBB contacting them to help resolve this issue of the missing product, Ulta refused to talk with me live or make an effort to resolve the issue.

I went into the store and while shopping there were 2 girls and possibly more were dressed so shabby. One had a mini mini skirt and and her padded bra left them spilling over.
These may be ok in a night club. but not in Ulta.
The other was an obvious thong with her thin tights going completely up her but crack.

I went to ULTA and it was shocking. First all the girls were very sweet and helpful.
My complaint is the way a few dress.
One had a mini mini skirt and her pumped up *** were overflowing.
Another obviously had a thong on and her leggings completely settled all the way to the crack front and back.
Nobody needs to see that. It is so inappropriate - is no-one in charge?

Hi,
I was just in your Ulta Beauty store on September 5, 2024 at 2:15 PM on Market Street in the Fashion District in Philadelphia, and was told by the cashier and one of the managers, that if I didn't provide my information, such as my phone number or email, I would not be able to make my purchase. So, I walked out of the store without making a purchase because I did not wish to share any of that information.
Just wanted to let you know as a customer, I think that policy is wrong.
And not only wrong, but it defeats the purpose of Ulta making money because there are those of us who will not freely give our personal information.
I work for Sephora and have done so for 10 years, and we do not require our customers to give personal information to make a purchase.
We do ask if they would like to sign up for our rewards card, the Beauty Insider, but if they do not wish to do that, we proceed with checking them out at the POS.
Just wanted to voice my opinion. Hope you'll give my feedback serious consideration.

I have 2 emplyees at ulta Beauty store number 1303 that i need to complain about their management is so bad 3 people have quit ulta. They have been working there for years but recently quit because of management.
They are horrible. Please respnd back to thsi email so they can start their investigation.

Nowhere it their terms of service you agree to or did not read prior to the purchase does it say this. After you hopefully get your refund you will have to shop wherever the terms of service meet your needs.
