Terrible customer service. I bought extensions.
The price was around $400. A stylist put them in; when I went back to have them redone that stylist had been fired. I believe I had to wait a couple of weeks to get an appt with the only other stylist who could put them in. I went to the appt and was there for 6 hours.
When it came time to redo them we split the appt..I went in and she took them out. She was to retape them so I could have them put in the next day. She called in sick for that appt and no one else was trained to put them in. I let a period of time lapse..called to make an appt and they had no stylist certified who could put them in as the last stylist I went to was no longer there.
The manager was rude, argumentative and insulting. She said there was nothing she could do and suggested I try another Ulta in a different city!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
