I placed an order on Cyber Monday for over $100 worth of products. I have received several emails indicating it is taking them longer than usual to process my order.
The last email I received was 12/8/14. On 12/10 I submitted an email to customer service questioning when I would receive my order. I received an email back stating I would get a response in 24 hrs. 12/12/14 I called the customer line and was on hold for 18 min then disconnected.
I tried again this pm and was on hold for 30 min before someone answered.
I was told my order would be processed this weekend and I should receive it by 12/17. I hope my order does arrive as promised.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
