Ordered items on line on 12/9. It is now 12/23, has not arrived.
UPS shipment to local P.O. Supposedly. Tracking number takes me to limbo, no info. available.
Called USPS, they have no info on the shipment. This must be why they offer "free shipping." Called Ulta "customer service" twice. "Barbara" spouts some religious nonsense to me! The Nerve!
How unprofessional is that?! At what point is talking about some deity relevant to my in-delivered order?
Perhaps "praying" would yield desired results? Also waited on phone for 20 minutes before getting proselytized by "Barbara." Never again!
