Placed $171 order online that was never delivered- was told I need to call my bank and dispute the charge because they are not responsible once it leaves their warehouse. When I asked why the customer service lady blocked my email address so that I could not write back!!

I have spent so much money here over the years, from now on I will go to Sephora. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Also called and wrote their FB all with no help. Basically I'm out $171 and nobody is taking responsibility for it.

My bank said that is not the process that they should be telling us. Oh and the woman that blocked my email was a supposed "supervisor".

They sent you a tracking number to your e-mail. Get a hold of the company that delivered the package & have them trace it.

They can't call UPS for you because the person filing the claim has to speak with them. Ulta did their job by shipping you the order.
