Placed $171 order online that was never delivered- was told I need to call my bank and dispute the charge because they are not responsible once it leaves their warehouse.When I asked why the customer service lady blocked my email address so that I could not write back!!

I have spent so much money here over the years, from now on I will go to Sephora. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Also called and wrote their FB all with no help. Basically I'm out $171 and nobody is taking responsibility for it.

My bank said that is not the process that they should be telling us.Oh and the woman that blocked my email was a supposed "supervisor".
